Palm Treo 700p smart phone from Sprint with EVDO high-speed data

Phone is in excellent condition. I had to have my original replaced under my Sprint warranty a couple of months ago so this phone is very new. One small scuff by the ear piece. The plug for the wall charger that plugs into the phone did split but I wrapped it in tape and it is fine.
