He's a "red letter name" Marc, Jobeth, those are the two others I know are "red label names."

But, every now and then you catch old ludwig, van bethoven, in what can only be described as trolling, abusing his powers, reading our PMs.

I'd like to formally ask Marc, etc., to remove Ludwig's powers.

Firstly, it's "van Jaethoven".

Where exactly do you get the idea that I'm trolling, abusing my powers or reading PMs?

Admins here are held to the same standards as any other user, and I have indeed been told I've been out of line in the past. In the good words of Daft Punk, I'm human after all.

Considering how infrequent a poster I am these days, what pray tell, brings this up?

Um, Leahn? He can't read your PMs. He's around more than you think, but he's not the most active poster, that's true. I'm not sure what your issue is with him as an admin - if you'd like to take this to PM, please feel free.

Years ago (on a different forum, for a different person) I dreamed up an invention that would apply here:

A breathalyzer keyboard. Blow into the tube and if the limit is exceeded, the keyboard won't work.

What is needed is a forum feature that would simply prohibit John from posting (or logging on) between 9pm and 9am. That should cut out 99% of the craziness...

How about adding Google's "Mail Goggles" from Gmail? After a certain time of day, when you try to post you have to solve a few math problems.

Well I always loved his avatar when I see it and now that I know he uses vulgar anime to shut down the distractors I really am digging him.

I don't remember having any communications with him so thats as far as my opinion goes.

I response to that growing up was "what corner did you see her on? I need my allowance", or "at least mine gets paid" .. either response stunned them and shut them up.
