Killing time, avoiding Clone Wars - 12-29-2007, 07:49 PM

Been on vacation from work (so not online ). Anyway, right now I'm killing time avoiding Clone Wars Volume II. See, both volumes are Christmas presents I got (volume I from my wife, II from my in-laws).

I missed watching volume I with my son (6) the other day because I promised I'd help my daughter (4) paint her little mermaid picture frame she got. Then I missed volume I again last night as all three kids (and two nephews) watched it because I was stuck hanging out with the "adults" Well, that and there was too much commotion and I want to enjoy it.

And now I've exiled myself to the bedroom while everyone else (in-laws, wife, kids, nephews, dog) watch volume II because I haven't seen volume I yet.

So spoiler-free thread if you please (assuming anyone even wants to respond to my blog-style post).

Darth Vader is Luke's daddy who fought alongside Obiwan in the clone wars.

Why not watch the first Clone Wars on your PC?

I think someone should have had the decency to tell me the luncheon was free.
To make someone run out with potato salad in his hand, pretending he's throwing
up, is not what I call hospitality.
