Jon Gosselin NYC Apartment 'Wrecked' - 12-27-2009, 02:30 PM

Finally, a Jon and Kate plus Eight story I can enjoy

Quote:
ET has learned that Jon Gosselin came home to his Manhattan apartment Saturday afternoon to find it "wrecked," according to his attorney, with a note "that had been affixed to Jon?s bedroom dresser by a butcher knife."
Quote:
"He came into city this afternoon to find the [following] destroyed," Heller tells ET. "In addition to the aforementioned vandalism, Jon?s television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game, dishes, pots and pans were burglarized from his apartment, and Jon?s shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings in the apartment were slashed, most likely by the same butcher knife that affixed the note to his dresser. Sadly, along with the trashing of Jon?s apartment, a Ming vase, believed to be over 100 years old that was a family heirloom, was smashed to pieces.
Shame about the vase, though.

I wonder what the odds are that the perp is not female. Although they did carry off what was likely a expensive TV so maybe she had help.

I feel bad for him. I think that both of them behaved awfully during the divorce, but having been on the "he's male, he's at fault" side of a divorce, I don't think that he deserves the treatment he's gotten. Neither do I think that she's a saint, as I think she's actually a bitch and a half.

I thought Ming vases - by definition - were from the Ming Dynasty... Which collapsed like 500 years ago. A "100 year old Ming vase" makes no sense at all.

Excellent point - hopefully he over-paid for it.
